Faith, Fellowship, Fun
We wish to welcome all, including visitors. We pray that you will have a sense of fellowship with Christ and with us as God's people, as well as comfort and strength for all your needs. If you have no church of your own, we invite you to make Divine Mercy your home. Above all, we invite you to come worship with us at any time.
Dear friends and Parish Family,
I am approaching a transition in my priestly ministry. I am about to leave the longest pastorate I have been in since my ordination. I have formed a deep relationship with this community both at Divine Mercy and St. Mary’s. I will forever cherish all memories that we have created. I will remember the baptisms, weddings, funerals, galas, get-togethers, concerts, singing, praying, decorating and friendship. I remember it all! We have laughed and cried, mourned and danced. Throughout it all, we have bonded and grown in wonderful ways while experiencing a great deal of mercy, grace, joy and love! The Lord has blessed us in more ways than we can count. Our Lord God has certainly been with us and has shown us that what we think is impossible, God makes possible.
I have always believed that a pastor is called to a particular place, for a particular time, with a particular purpose to a particular group of people in a particular community. We may have not accomplished everything that I had hoped for; yet still much was accomplished. But “There is an appointed time for everything”… The new pastor has been chosen and so it is my time to say Goodbye…. Thank you for all of your patience, kindness, mercy, generosity and love that you have shown me! You are a great group of people and I wish you all the best! May you continue to grow in faith, hope and love, worshipping the Lord with your whole heart and soul and remember to do everything for the glory of God! Thank you for everything!

ROAD TO RENEWAL INFORMATION |
Farewell and Best Wishes to our Beloved Father Jacek P. Mazur
Father Mazur has been our Pastor and a fine shepherd of his flock since the merger of five parishes into Divine Mercy Parish in 2007. He is beloved by his parishioners and many others he has crossed paths with over time. He also became Pastor of St. Mary’s in 2011.
Father always finds time to speak with any individual who might seek advice on a particular situation, whether life’s daily challenges, grieving a loss, or just lending an ear to listen. He is well respected for his homily messages, offering inspiration for parishioners in practicing our faith in daily interaction with Our Lord and with others in the community. His respect while celebrating Mass is noticeable by all including visitors who remark how inspired they are by his reverence especially during the Consecration.
When Father became Pastor of Divine Mercy Parish, he was very receptive to establishing a conference of the St. Vincent de Paul Society; and supported the creation of a food pantry as a community outreach effort. This pantry serves anyone in need in the area surrounding the parish; and in emergency situations, individuals from other parts of our extended community. He always encourages parishioners to offer a helping hand to anyone in need, regardless of the circumstances. He founded the St. Mary’s Center for Life as well and has inspired parishioners to adopt and serve the needs of others there.
We are blessed to have had Father Mazur in our lives, as he lives out the priestly vocation he was called to and accepted 19 years ago. God bless him and keep him in His care. We will pray for him always.
